Questions

Where is client data stored, and who can see it?

Client data is stored in the EU with our hosting provider and is visible only to the users in your firm. Every provider we use is listed on the Security page.

Is client data used to train AI?

No. Client data is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. It is sent to our AI provider only to complete your forms, under terms that do not allow training.

How accurate is it, and what if it gets something wrong?

Doction fills a field only when the call or document supports it, and leaves the rest empty. Fields it is unsure about, or where the evidence conflicts, are flagged for you to check. Nothing is converted or sent until you review the form and click Run Pipeline, so a wrong value can be corrected before it goes anywhere.

Which tools and forms does it work with?

Doction captures calls through the Zoom app and reads the documents and files you upload. It fills your own form templates and produces a completed document that can be emailed, or sent through whatever actions you define for that template. Other video platforms are not supported yet.

How do I get started?

Install the Zoom app so your call transcripts are captured, then upload the documents you usually fill in by hand. Doction turns them into templates. After that, talk to your clients as usual and upload their documents, and your templates are filled in automatically.

What happens when I click Run Pipeline?

Doction generates the completed document from the reviewed form and sends it by email, or runs whatever other actions you have defined for that document template. Nothing runs until you click, and every run is recorded in an audit log with who approved it and when.

Can several people in my firm use Doction?

Yes. Each user belongs to your firm and sees only your firm's clients and documents. Admins manage templates, clients and the actions that run after a form is approved.

Can I delete a client's data?

Yes. A firm admin can delete a client, which removes their uploaded files, generated documents, call transcripts and filled-in fields. The audit log entry that records an approved run is kept, and copies in our backups expire on the backup schedule.
